About Me
My name is Paula Casill and I have over 10 years of experience reading titles in New York State for a well established mid-sized agency.
Now I am working independently, providing services to a small handful of local agencies, and looking for the opportunity to expand my client list. I offer experienced reading services customized to your agency in a timely manner and at a competitive price.

What Do I Offer?
Flexible Support
As an independent title reader my job is to be there when you need me. Busy seasons, employee vacations, and company growth can all put pressure on an agency's reading department. My job is to relieve that pressure and keep work flowing through your office. And with a 24 hour turnaround window, you can rest assured that your titles will be read and returned quickly to keep your clients happy.
Services Customized to Your Agency
My goal is to build an ongoing relationship with each of my clients, so that my work merges seamlessly into each company's unique business model. I will work with you to provide individualized services that meet your needs, including using your exceptions manual, learning your preferred layouts and language, and including your standard exceptions, in order to provide you with a final product that works for you!
Effective Communication
I believe that communication is an essential skill for a title reader, and that part of my job is to make sure that you have all of the information you need to clear and close the titles I read. So when I come across an unusual or complicated title issue, I will always provide an explanation with my reading to clarify or summarize what I’ve found. And of course I am always available to answer questions as they arise.
Extensive Experience
With over 10 years of experience reading titles in New York, there aren't that many situations I haven't seen. I'm as comfortable reading the first sale out of a new condo as I am reading a residential refinance, or a new development on farmland upstate. I also maintain an active E&O Insurance policy, so you can rest assured that my work will always be an asset, and not a liability!
